What these terms cover

By using protectedtrust.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are a client, the agreement you signed, and the documents it brings in, govern the services we provide. These terms cover the website only.

Information, not advice

Information on this site, including prices, case studies, and Notes, is general information about our services. It is not legal, insurance, or compliance advice, and it does not create an agreement between us. What we deliver to a client is set out in the quote that client signs.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully and in a way that does not restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of it. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting, or our systems. Do not interfere with its operation. Do not use it to send unsolicited messages, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may limit or end access to the site, without notice, for conduct we believe breaks these terms or harms other visitors, us, or others, and we may report unlawful conduct to law enforcement.

What you send us

Notes, forms, and messages you send through the site are yours. You give us permission to use them to answer you, to keep our records, and to improve the site, and you agree not to send anything you do not have the right to share. We do not publish what you send us without your written permission. If you send us an idea or feedback about the site or our services, we may use it without owing you anything.

Our content

The text, photographs, graphics, logos, and software on this site belong to Protected Trust LLC or to the people who let us use them, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or use our content, including the photographs of our team and our clients, without our written permission.

Prices

Prices on the pricing page are our list prices and are valid for the period stated there. The price you pay is the one on the quote you sign.

Privacy

How we collect, use, and share information is described in our privacy policy.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, our messaging terms apply: what we send, how often, what it costs, and how to stop with STOP or get help with HELP. Agreeing to text messages is never a condition of doing business with us.

Other companies' tools

The site links to and uses tools run by other companies, such as the scheduler and the client portal. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

Limits on our liability

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Protected Trust LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site or anything on it, even if we have been told such damages are possible. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or changes anything in the agreement a client has signed.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Protected Trust LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use of the site in breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any legal action arising under these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version is posted on this page with its effective date at the top, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
