Office moves and new locations
Your people stop working in the old office on Friday and start in the new one on Monday. Everything in between is ours.
IT project management service in Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Miami.
What we handle
- The internet. Ordered early, because the provider is always the long pole. We deal with them so you do not have to.
- The network. Firewall, switches, Wi-Fi, and cabling, planned from the floor plan, installed before the furniture.
- The phones. Numbers moved, desks and headsets ready, the auto-attendant saying the right thing on day one.
- The computers and printers. Moved or replaced, set up, and tested at every desk before anyone sits down.
- The old office. Equipment decommissioned, data wiped, and the circuit canceled on the right date.
How it runs
One plan, written in plain words, with dates. One person on your side and one on ours. A walk-through the week before and a check at every desk the morning after. If something is not right on Monday, someone who already knows the building fixes it.
What it costs
A fixed-price quote before the work starts. Equipment is quoted separately at the model we standardize on, so a spare is on our shelf from the day you move in.
Questions people ask
Plain answers.
How far ahead of an office move should we call?
As soon as you have a lease, and before you sign it if you can. The internet circuit is always the long pole, and ordering it early is the difference between Monday morning and three weeks in a coffee shop.
What happens to the old office?
Equipment comes out, data is wiped, the circuit is canceled on the right date, and nothing of yours is left behind on a hard drive.
Do our people lose a day in the move?
No. They leave the old office on Friday with their laptops and open them in the new one on Monday. The boxes, the cabling, and the printers are ours.
How is an office move priced?
A fixed-price quote before the work starts. Equipment is quoted separately at the standard model, so a spare is on the Protected Trust shelf from the day you move in.
