Microsoft 365 support and licensing
Microsoft 365 gets complicated. We keep it simple, even the licensing.
Microsoft 365 managed services in Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Miami.
What we do
Everything your business runs on, from email and files to Teams and the Office you install, lives in Microsoft 365. We set it up to one standard for every client, secure it, and support it for every person. When Microsoft changes something, and it does every month, we handle the change before it reaches you.
We have built on Microsoft since the beginning. Microsoft named us Surface Modern Deployment Partner of the Year in 2019 for setting every client up to one standard, and we are a Microsoft Solutions Partner today.
The licensing, plainly
Every business pays Microsoft for licenses. Most do not know which ones they hold, which ones they need, or why the bill changed. We do, and we keep it that way for you.
- On Concierge IT plans, your Microsoft licenses are billed as their own lines on our invoice, named plainly, so your accountant can tie them to what Microsoft shows.
- Complete requires Microsoft 365 Business Premium for each person. It includes the protection and the device tools that make the rest of the plan work.
- If you only want the licenses set up properly and a real person to call, the Essentials plans include them in one price.
- Licenses are reviewed when people join and leave, so you are never paying for someone who left in March.
When you move to Microsoft 365
Moving your email and files from another provider or an old server is a project. We plan it, quote it before the work starts, and run it so your people stop working on Friday and start working on Monday with everything where they left it.
Questions people ask
Plain answers.
Which Microsoft 365 license do we need?
On Concierge IT plans, Microsoft 365 Business Premium for each person, because it carries the protection and the device tools the rest of the plan relies on. People who work from a phone or a shared tablet use F3. Past three hundred people, E5.
Why are Microsoft licenses billed separately?
So you can see what is ours and what is Microsoft's. Each license is its own line on the Protected Trust invoice, named the way Microsoft names it, at Microsoft's published price.
What happens to the license when someone leaves?
Their sign-in is turned off the day they go, their mailbox and files are kept, and the license comes off your invoice. Protected Trust reviews licenses whenever people join and leave.
Do you handle the changes Microsoft makes?
Yes. Microsoft changes something every month. Protected Trust reads the notices, tests what matters, and handles the change before it reaches your people.
