What is managed

- The switches and the Wi-Fi. Designed for the floor plan, not the box the equipment came in. Guest Wi-Fi kept apart from yours.
- The internet. We know your provider, your circuit, and your account number, and we are the ones who call when it is down.
- Remote work. People connect securely from home or the road without a password written on a sticky note.
When it fails
Network equipment fails on the worst day, usually after a storm. Because we standardize on a small number of models, a spare is on our shelf. It is configured, driven over, and in place while the replacement is on order.
What it costs
Managing the network is part of every Concierge IT plan. New or replacement equipment is quoted at the standard model, and a rebuild for a new office is a project, quoted before the work starts.
