Microsoft Azure
Servers without a server room. What still runs on a machine in the closet moves to Azure, and we run it with the same team that runs everything else.
Microsoft Azure consulting services in Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Miami.
When Azure is the answer
Most businesses no longer need a server. Email, files, and Teams live in Microsoft 365. But some things still do: an accounting system, a practice management application, a database a vendor insists on. Those move to Azure, where they are backed up, patched, and reachable from anywhere, with no closet to cool and no hardware to replace in year five.
What we do
- The move. Planned and quoted as a project. The application runs in Azure on a date you choose, and the old server is retired on purpose.
- The running of it. Patching, monitoring, backups, access, and cost, handled by your Concierge Team.
- The bill. Azure is billed as Microsoft's line, at Microsoft's price, with our support alongside it. We buy reserved capacity for you when it saves money, and we tell you when it does.
- The vendor. When the application's vendor has to be involved, we make the call.
What it costs
The migration is a project, quoted before the work starts. The monthly Azure cost is Microsoft's, shown plainly, and the support for it is part of your plan.
Questions people ask
Plain answers.
Do we still need a server?
Most businesses do not. Email, files, and Teams live in Microsoft 365. The few things that still need a server, an accounting system or a practice management application, move to Microsoft Azure.
Who pays Microsoft for Azure?
You do, through Protected Trust, at Microsoft's price, shown as Microsoft's line on your invoice. We buy reserved capacity when it saves money and tell you when it does.
What happens to the old server?
It is retired on purpose: data moved, confirmed, wiped, and the closet is just a closet again.
Is the monthly Azure support extra?
No. Running what lives in Azure is part of your Concierge IT plan. The move itself is a project, quoted before the work starts.
