How projects work here
Day-to-day changes are included in your plan: a new hire, a new computer, a printer, a vendor call, a question. If it needs a plan, it is a project. Your Concierge Team scopes it, writes it down in plain words, and quotes it before anything starts. The people who run the project are the same people who answer your calls, so nothing has to be explained twice and nobody hands you to a project manager you have never met.
The projects we run most
- Office moves and new locations. The internet, the network, the phones, the desks, and the date.
- Moving to Microsoft 365. Email and files from another provider or an old server, with nothing lost.
- Servers without a server room. Moving what still runs on a server in a closet to Microsoft Azure.
- Networks and Wi-Fi. Replaced, rebuilt, or extended, with a spare on our shelf afterward.
- Phones. A system that lives in Teams, or one that works with it, with your numbers moved.
- Equipment. Standard models, shipped straight to your people, set up before they arrive.
What it costs
Projects are fixed-price quotes, built at your plan's labor rate, and the quote says what it covers. Equipment is quoted at cost plus our handling, with the model standardized so a spare is always on the shelf.
